Materials that Disolve in Oil

I am interested in putting electronic components in an oil filled housing. The oil is standard Shell T15 (basically motor oil). If anyone knows of any adhesives that will not break down in this oil, please let me know. Also, if you know of any insolating tapes that will adhere under these conditions, please let me know as well.

P.S. Sorry if this is too basic, but I am a mechanical engineer so chemical dissolving is not really my expertise.
