Funny Error Message Regarding Proxy Objects

I'm not sure if this is a Draftsight or AutoCAD question, but Draftsight seems to be the source of my problems so I figured I would start here.

I use Draftsight, and my coworker uses AutoCAD 2002. My coworker gets the following error message when opening drawings that I have edited. Is there anything I can do in Draftsight to keep him from getting these messages?
