Howdy All,

Draftsight crashes, I see the next error message.

DraftSight Alert

The program must close. Before the program closes, you can try to save changes in:

/home/spidey-westland/Bureaublad/sapstromen_recorver_2011-10-18.dwg

Any changes that are saved are those prior to the last command you used

Do you want to try to save changes?

If I hit "Yes" than close the program.

Hope to see info for this problem?

RE: DraftSight (Ubuntu)

The message told you where your file was stored.

No information was provided about what problem might have cause DS to die.

I have seen that message myself.

Howdy Mike.

I've solved the problem.

Installing DrafSight on a +64 laptop or desktop does not good with the automatc deb.

Also the first info of installing was
sudo dpkg -i --force-architecture./DraftSight.deb

But this was not good.

I found on the internet the next command

sudo dpkg -i --force-architecture,depends ./DraftSight.deb

And this command is good.

Now running DraftSight on my laptop and my desktop

regards

Spidey
