Cost to run piping for safety showers

I do tempered water system designs for safety showers in many industrial locations like refineries. I will look at point of use tempering and systems that temper many showers on a circular loop. I am trying to determine how much it costs to run pipe in a refinery. This would include pipe, heat trace, insulation, labor, etc. to determine if it is more cost effective to do point of use or recirculation systems. Would anyone have any idea what the cost is per 100 foot of pipe?
