I'm trying to model a handrail for a spiral staircase using frame generator. My 3D sketch is made up of several helical curves but I cannot pick these curves once I go to the generator. Can anyone help? I could use the sweep command but the interfaces between the sections would not be right (not perfect mitres).

Cheers,
LewisL

Years ago.  I'm on 2011 now.
You might check your Service Packs for 2009.

(nothing to do with your problem statement, but I think I would at least make sure I was on the latest SP)

Does it generate on yours (2011)? Use ~20mm OD steel tubing
