IP65 external batten lighting

I need and IP65 rated class 2 external luminaire which is able to work upto a max. ambient temperature of 50 deg.C. The lamp needs to be single 58W. The fitting has to be as small a possible as it has to fit into a handrail.

Can anyone help, please ?????
