Does anyone have suggestions for the decontamination of a storage tank no longer used to store acrylonitrile?

Initially, perhaps try:
- MSDS (spill cleanup info)
- OSHA, NIOSH
- EPA website
- consultation with tank cleaning contractor
- other?
How is your preliminary plan for decontamination shaping up?  Do you want to use the tank for something else?
