Ship Machinery Failure / Reliability Data

Hi,

Is it possible to find ship machinery reliability data in some respectable form? I am interested in propulsion machinery i.e. large slow speed and medium speed diesel engines, gear boxes, shaftlines, propeller and integrated control systems. Probably a difficult tasks?

Have you tried RIAC ?
I have never seen any marine specific data but they may be able to help.
