Can someone please give me a reliable vendor with technical sales support (or a systems integrator with technical expertise) in Intelligent Public Address, General Alarm and Emergency Notification System for Offshore Operations in the Oil & Gas Industry?

I've spoken to reps of a popular vendor in their UK, Asia & Italy offices and have had a real problem getting them to respond.  The last response we’d received from this vendor was from their UK Office, who referred us back to their regional Italian Office.  We hadn’t received a response from the Italians in nearly a week by this point and were eventually made to understand they’d passed it back to the UK, who were said to have expertise in the proposed System.  They in turn forwarded the RFIQ to the US Division under the mistaken impression we were asking for a dedicated page/ party system, which clearly was not the case.

Unfortunately, we have not received a reply from the Corporation stateside.  All this transpired without a single email for clarification or notice to us and we were only alerted to the situation after a conversation with an  systems integrator who, having spoken with the U.K. Operations manager, was alarmed enough to provide some feedback.

I need a direct link to avoid another round of pin the tail on the donkey!
