Accessing .fil in abq viewer

Hi,
I'm currently trying to find a way to plot my applied pressures over time. According to the keyword manual, the output option LOADS are not possible to request in the odb history or field. Only in the good old .fil. This wouldn't have been a problem if I had access to e.g. Patran or metaPost but since I'm stuck with the abaqus software I need to find a way to get it into the viewer somehow, without too much manual labour... I guess that this is a rather common problem and most of you who uses the abaqus viewer have found a way around this?

V6.7 supports output of such loads (and others) to the odb. This would be your best bet.
