Are there any reg's pertaining to fuel burn and endurance as published in the aircraft flight manual of a part 23 airplane? What I want to know is if I can do my cert testing with a used turboprop engine and then use the average new engine fuel burn numbers as provide in the engine deck. Or am I stuck with what I get?
