basics on flight simulation 1

Hello everyone

I'm starting to develop a flight simulator, for universitary (academic) purposes. So my doubt is: 1 - a basic bibliography (or any material to start learning about it); 2 - How to integrate performance data to the simulation (velocities, power, lift / drag...)
