Scaling problems in Algor

Scaling problems in Algor

(OP)
I have imported a wireframe model into Algor V16 using superdraw and then exported to Fempro. Everthing looks ok, apply my beam definitions then check the weight and I am about 3x more than my solid model. Units check out ok. Measured several beams in Algor and they match the math model.

Has anyone seen this before. Also the results look off by a factor of 3.
