someboby knows how can I plot the real thickness of a shell on abaqus viewer or abaqus cae?

You can plot a contour of shell thickness, just request STH in your field outut requests (Step module - Field output...). (It's not in the predefined default list)

Yes, this option is available with abaqus 6.5.
