what are the points to be consider for constructing

There is a FAG cataloge that may be of interest to you, it details a number of bearing and seal applications. These include:

1. Drilling and Milling Spindle
2. NC-lathe main spindle
3. CNC-lathe main spindle
4. High speed motor milling spindle
etc...

The title is "The design of rolling bearing mountings"

This will give you an idea of some of the designs as well as bearing and seal arrangements.
