The Design/Build Institue of America (DBIA.org) I'm sure can be of help as they are the fasting growing construction related organization in the US. I attended their annual conference last year in Chicago and there were folks from all over the world in attendance.

Why don't you try MSProject for your specific requirement.

RE: Project management in design/build projects

Try the CIRIA ( Construction Industry Research and Information Association )web site. They have produced papers and guidance for both promoters and contractors on this subject. www.ciria.org.uk
