Project management in design/build projects

I am after any information on project management tecniques for design and build projects, as these are rarely under taken in New Zealand.If anyone knows of a web site I would be most grateful.

The Design/Build Institue of America (DBIA.org) I'm sure can be of help as they are the fasting growing construction related organization in the US. I attended their annual conference last year in Chicago and there were folks from all over the world in attendance.
