That's a pretty daunting task, if you ask me. I've done the reverse, sort of: Export a table in Excel to Access, from Access, process the data into a Report, export the Report into another Excel spreadsheet. Combo boxes are problematic to work with and I've not seen one in Excel. You might try to play with the TransferSpreadsheet funtion and other Access actions/functions. My experience is that ambitious Access work is pretty darn frustrating.
