What temperature is considered as Low temperature Service and what temperature is considered as Moderate temperature (From API 2A wsd) point of view.

Specification for the structure indicates some additional requirements for material and welds in low temperature service.


I have the temperature of water, i have the temperature of the Lowest Anticipated Service temperature.

But what value (Temperature) is considered Low temperature service?
