An injection moulded part used in a coffee machine seems to loose strength with time/use and break. New mouldings have more than adequate strength for the job. Has anyone experience with ageing of Noryl in a damp coffee/milk environment. Examination of failed parts(broken edges) shows no obvious sign of fatigue, but its complicated by the fibres in the break. Ideas on what to look for ?
