Books on Design Managment?

Does any one know of a good book on starting, and running a design office?

I have a small Tooling Design Office and I want it to grow. I would read several books on the subject. They would prove to be good examples.

One very helpful book I have found is "The Contract and Fee-Setting Guide for Consultants & Professionals" by Howard L. Shenson Recomended if you are unsure about pricing.

Marketing and selling to the Tooling industrys are not topics you find everyday. That is what I am looking for.
also how to hire employies etc.
