Rolls Royce do a promotional video for the Trent engine, which shows the whole engine build and test process in general terms. If you ask 'em really really nicely, (or pretend you work for Boeing or something), they might send you one.
My favourite bit is the containment test....they detonate a small explosive in the compressor to see if the casing can hold the blades in. Very spectacular!
