ZrO2 deposition modelling - ABAQUS vs ANSYS

Hello!

I am working an deveoping a model for the deposition of ceramic coatings on superalloy subtstrates. I will have to model particles splatting and solidifying on a substrate sequentially and stochastically, creating a coating.

In your experience, which softare would you use ABAQUS or ANSYS?

Why COMSOL? Why would you use that instead of Abaqus or Ansys?
