Zinc Plating Spec ES-1275

We have a drawing that specifies "ZINC PLATE PER ES-1275, CLASS 1-ZC, GRADE B". I can't find this spec. Can anyone tell me how thick this plating should be? I would like to know who's spec it is and where to get it also.
