So as the title suggests..
Has anyone had any experience on placing zinc plated threaded inserts on 304 SS steel?
What were the results? did they last? and how were they used and on what?
Any experience will be helpful.
I'm wondering to use them on dairy farm machines. So some humidity is expected.
These inserts in thijs case will be holding steel lids and covers, nothing major in terms of forces applied to them.
