Yokogawa L50A UT55A Ladder Program

I have been charged with programming a UT55A to run a simple series of commands all timed 10 seconds apart. ALM1 closed->ALM2 Closed-> ALM3 closed-> ALM2 closed-> ALM1 & ALM3 closed-> ALM2 closed-> end.

The issue I am having is the only timer in the Yokogawa program is essentially NOTC. Any tips from experience PLC programmers to work around this limitation?
