Hi.. I'm very new in handling analysis and making line balancing.. one issue that i'm facing rite now is about line balancing problem. I'd like to design 3 processes in one cell.
Process A cycle time = 150s
Process B cycle time = 150s
Process C cycle time = 300s (since it consists of two parts to be processed)
The question is, can I combine and standardize to 300s cycle time in one yamazumi board?
