Y15Pb equivalent? 12L14?

I am looking for an equivalent to the Chinese steel, Y15Pb. Is it 12L14? Is there a reference I can use for this comparison as Y15Pb does not appear in any of my comparison references.

No, Y15Pb is equivalent with 1.0753 DIN, but depends of your needs it is possible to use 12L14.
