Does anyone know if either TS16949 or ISO 9002 includes competency in ASME Y14.5M?

If a vendor is certified by these agencies, can I assume they can interpret per ASME Y14.5M?

Thanks!

Per mcgyver No & No, though I don't know much about TS16949.

KENAT,

Have you reminded yourself of faq731-376 recently, or taken a look at posting policies: What is Engineering anyway: faq1088-1484
