xtop.exe error

When I try to Launch WF 2.0 . I get xtop.exe error message on screen.You need to restart program again.I am unable to work


Please guide how to get rid off ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

Are you using Win Xp with Novell client?
Some older Novell versions causes xtop to crash on xp machines
 
I am working on win 2000
