Does any one have any experience with these computers? I am considering a desktop from them and trying to find any good/bad opinions of them. Really interested in customer service after the sale, espically in the case of warranty work.

I have a dual P4 1.7ghz from Xi, it's several years old now. The only problem I had with it was a bad cooling fan (the box has 6) after about 9 months. We contacted Xi, they shipped a replacement the next day. No hassels.
