I connected a 3 phase motor of a centrifugal pump (0.75 kW)
After connection it turned the wrong way round.

My connection is the following

W2 ----- U2 ----- V2

U1 ----- V1 ----- W1
| | |
R S T

Which cables do I need to change in order to change the turning direction of the motor?

Do I have to switch R with S or T with S??

Hi.
You can swap R with S or R with T or S with T.
Isn't important. In all cases you will have reverse rotate of motor. But important put labeles accordantly

Hello themroc

On a three phase motor, if connected and it runs opposite of the direction you want it to turn just swap any two leads and it will turn the other way.

Thanks to all, I got it working and did not use the earth cable
