Would 422.31(B) in the NEC apply to a 180 kW steam generator?

I would appreciate any comments, especially any past experiences with being able to apply 422.31(B) in the NEC to a steam generator installation.

I have a 180 kW steam generator that serves a cage wash. We have a lockable breaker. Do you know of any electrical code that would prohibit this type of installation.

I know some inspectors may not allow it. What has been your experience?
