Workgroup PDM ownership issues

Have any of the WPDM users had an issue with SW losing write access to files in between closes or crashes. PDM says you own it, but SW thinks it's read-only.

Close SW, go into your working folder on your hard drive, delete files that show "~" in front of file name.

That's a simple one off fix, Chris, but this is a running problem. There's got to be a better solution than regularly deleting these files.
