Work for an independent electrical PE

There's all types of work available. I have been exposed to schools, Universities, office buildings, hotels, high end residential, hospitals, labs and pump stations. In my experience, this work mainly comes from Architects, but we also get work from Mechanical Engineers and Civil Engineers.

Develope relationships with contractors in your area. Design-Build is a growing field. Some just wire houses others do more complex industrial and commercial projects. They find jobs they can't do because they don't have an engineer with a stamp.
