Word and L, PL, CL symbols...is there such a thing?

Does Word have a symbols table to pick centerline CL, Plate PL, Angle L and other compound symbols used extensively in structural engineering?

see pc magazine march 11,2003 page 82. it covers different characters you can used for equations. also word 2002 equation editor may be what you need.
