My firm is considering buy Wood Works Design Office 2004.
Can someone give me some feedback on using this program? Any major bad points or vice versa? Any is appreciated

It's pretty convenient for the simpler repetitive tasks, but not so handy for more custom or complex arrangments. Its mainly due to programming limitations on how it handles complex roofs, walls that don't intersect at 90°, steps in floor elevation, etc. Good luck.

You might also want to go to wwpa.org and get their free suite excel that calculates wood columns and beams. It might help.

Never mind. I meant to post this in the excel topic, next one down.
