Wood Wall Panelized Construction

A greater amount of my projects within the last years have been built off-site and panelized for the wood wall construction.

I’ve been having a tough time with the following issues and defining responsible parties for each item and am wondering if you guys have any feedback on how I should proceed in the future.
- Panel to Panel Connection. Does the SEOR spec or Panelizer?
- Panel to Panel Connection when shear wall lengths are broken down into shorter panels. Do you lap the sheathing or nail end studs together along their length?
- Typical Diagram of basic connections. Confirming connections are per IBC, unless spec'd different in my drawings.
- Understanding and Identifying the difference between hammer driven Common/Box/Sinker nails specified in the code, and power driven nails per ISANTA and ESR-1539

With all the items mention above, I’d like to define the panelizer’s responsibilities within my sheet notes and required items for submittal.

Have there been any industry standards currently discussed on these items yet? Could you point me to any resources?

What do all you wood light frame engineers show in your drawings?

I don't do panelized construction but it seems all of that should be on your plate.

I have shown all of the details you note on the structural drawings in the past.
