Does anyone have any recommendations for good wood frame structural software?
I'm looking for thesoftware whith:
1) Automatic generation of framing loads and reaction transfer all the way to foundation (load transfer).
2) Automatic calculation of wind and seismic loads with lateral design of shear walls.
I was looking for BuildingWorx Suite but I've heard that is no longer in business!?
Is there any friendly alternative?

Thank you in advance

I haven't used it, but is Wood Works still around?

I'm not sure if Woodworks is still around, but they have incorporated their design program into RISA 3D. RISA does have full capabilities to generate wind and seismic forces. I haven't used it for a whole building yet, but I have used the shear wall design tool to verify a few hand calced walls. It seems like it is a good tool, but I would like more training on it to utilize the full capabilities of the program.

I just checked - it seems WoodWorks was bought by RISA, so that would probably be the best bet.
