Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me identify how to wire a furnas drum switch R1-A to dayton motor 3K199BA . I have tried many different combos that I searched out on the internet but they keep blowing the breaker. If any one could help it would be greatly appreciated, i try to upload the pic but i can not upload it .

Have a look at and particularly figure 5. You will need either the first or third diagram on the top row, depending on whether this is a three-wire or four-wire motor (excluding the protective earth)

Those old Furnas drum switches are now made and sold by Hubbell Industrial Controls in North Carolina. They bought the product line when Siemens bought the rest of Furnas.

Your picture seems to show cables with two conductors plus a green ground. As I understand reversing switches, you need four conductors plus a ground from the drum switch to the motor.
