How do you solve problem to have different types of wire with different types of lugs, so like combination of 10 different wires and 20 different lugs are in use. Most of this cables are bought as complete assemblies in different lengths, but some are assembled when needed.
As most of these cables are reusable objects, but used on different places they are same length but different shape. So this can be done with routing, because you can make fix cable length only in routing module.

My question is, how to make functional cable of certain length with two lugs on ends and reuse it in different positions so in part list you have one line for one cable of same characteristics that is used on many places?

Ivan,
Assemblies -> Arrangements... might be what you are looking for. Look in Help> CAD> Assemblies> Component commands> Assembly arrangements.
Years ago, to attempt what you are trying to do, we created multiple reference sets within the part file of the different configurations, but found if two components were used in the same assembly, different reference sets could not be used for each component instance, 'change ref set' was applied to all component instances. That's when I think Siemens developed the Arrangements functionality.
Check it out.. see if that will work for you.

I would prefer to have design that is used similar like family parts, so you can drag and drop it in assembly and then choose standard length, wire type and lugs you like to use and then use routing connections to place it correctly. So in part list you will have designation based on length, wire type and lugs you used.
But how to design it so all of these are possible? If it is possible at all?

Like this but just single wire. Not two like on image.

And with any terminal that looks like these:

You would have to qualify your wire as a deformable part.
This will allow it to "change shape" to suit multiple individual guide curves while still being the same part.

As for the lugs, each type can be created as a part family so it's relatively quick.

Tried, deformable pat does not make constant length of wire. And lugs and wire are different parts, so it make them as one subassembly (I need one number for them in part list), which cancel deformability of wire.
Both routing and deformable component can be used this way, as both gives kind of subassembly that can't be used with flexibility. Both works like: pull lugs in assembly then for flexible component make spline and pull in wire, apply it to spline or for routing jut pull in wire and attach it to predefined routing connections on lugs. Both give me three parts in part list instead one.
