I was specifying a 0.177" diameter wire of elgiloy with AMS 5833 but realized that AMS 5833 applies to 0.140" diameter and below. Is there another wire material spec that covers larger diameter Elgiloy wire?

ASTM F1058 and ISO 5832-7, but I don't have either immediately in front of me to confirm size limits. You probably won't have a problem using the existing spec of SAE AMS5833.

ASTM F 1058 has the same 0.140" maximum diameter.
