I guess your asking about electrical discharge machining (EDM).
The cost in electricity depends on what you are cutting and how fast.
Wire is different sizes and costs.
Do a google on EDM cutting. Call a local dealer with the material, thickness, speed and accuracy and they should get you in the ballpark quick.
