Was wondering if there are any patches, or updates to run Autocad Architectural Desktop Release 2 on Windows XP? Or if I have to cave in and buy a newer release.

Sorry, I think you may have to bite the bullet on this one... I have heard of people successfully running on XP but they all seem to hit a wall (no pun intended) at some point - or they strictly do 2D line work.

Thats what I was afraid of, oh well, time to shell out the pennies and upgrade, thanks guys.

Did you try running it in compatibility mode? We ran LDD 2.0 for a long time in compatibility mode for Windows ME or 2000 and it worked fine.
