Windchill checkin error message

Error message says " Thetargetisnotownedbyyou :itcannotbebuiltlo cally" I have checked out and revised several files. Can't check them back in.

1. You can backup the files to local drive then undo check-out the files.
2. You can move these files to other location where you have full permission.
3. check-out the files and import the files from local drive then check-in.
