wind speed relation to cable shear force

Anybody has idea about the relation of wind speed and cable withstanding shear force.

NIROZ: Cables carry tension only. Without having more information it is difficult to give a reasonable response. If the cable is say, in a bridge, that is subject to wind load then the cables will sway in the wind but the load will be mostly tension. There may be some bending if the cable is blown into an arc. You may want to ampl;ify your request.
