I'm an intern at the Philadelphia Water Department and we are looking into wind screens. one of our recent projects was rejected by the streets department because the proposed wind screen was not reflective. we were wondering what other municipalities do for their wind screens. We are also interested in the possibility of using wind screens as added dust control on top of existing measures, if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations about geotextiles.
