Hi, guys,

I am totally new here. I have a question. I am looking at BTR's windroses. Does anybody have any idea why there are two wind roses? One is VFR, the other one is IFR. I am planning a airport for livingston near Baton Rouge. I don't know which rose I should choose to analysis.
