I need to analyze a fixed louver assembly which covers a natural convection HVAC duct on the side of a building. Specifically, looking at wind loading here. I am curious if this would fall under the components and cladding (air permiable cladding) section of ASCE 7-10. I am a simulation engineer with an ME background but I do have some experience working with wind loads in ASCE 7-10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would consider this to be part of ASCE 7-16, Chap 30 C&C, with your internal pressure set to 0 (per 29.3.2).
