wind loads on conveyor 1

When using ASCE7 analysis for wind force on "other strucures" to solve for wind loads on a conveyor truss, is the calculated force applied to the windward and leeward members? From what I read elswhere it seems I should just apply to the windward side, but that does not make common sense. The force equation in the code may be accounting for the leeward direction, but where can I find this described in the code?

Oops. Shouldn't have hit "post" so quickly.

The Guide to Using... has lots of examples. I'm almost sure they have an example using these provisions, probably showing a sign. I think it'll probably not apply force to the leeward side.

The calculation is based on the solid projected area. I usually apply 1/2 of the load to each side frame of the truss. Applying the total wind load to one side only induces extra bending in the chords that will not actually be there. The actual distribution is more of a 75%, 25% approach because of the shielding but this is the way we have always done it and I think it makes sense.
